Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio‑visual clips, data compilations, page layout and underlying code—is © [Year] [Trustio ], all rights reserved.
“Trustio”, “Trustio Rating Score”, and associated logos are UK trade marks of [Trustio Group].
Third‑party trade marks, brand names or copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used by Trustio under licence or “fair dealing” exceptions.
You may:
View, download, and print individual pages of the Site for your own personal, non‑commercial reference;
Share links to public pages of the Site via email or social media, provided you do not modify the linked content or imply any sponsorship by Trustio.
Except as expressly allowed in Para 3, you must not:
Reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any portion of the Site (including user reviews) for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
Create derivative works, scrape data, or employ automated tools (e.g., spiders, bots) to extract content;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade‑mark, or attribution notices;
Frame or embed the Site in another website so that it appears as part of a third‑party service.
5.1 Licence You Grant Us – When you post reviews, images, or other UGC you grant Trustio a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content in any media for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site.
5.2 Your Warranties – You warrant that your UGC:
Is original to you or you have the necessary rights to post it;
Does not infringe any third‑party rights (copyright, trade mark, privacy, etc.);
Complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
We respect the rights of creators and expect users to do the same. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [info@trustio.co.uk] containing:
Your full name, postal address, and telephone number;
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (URL or copy);
Identification of the infringing material and its exact location on the Site (URL);
A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is unauthorised;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it.
The user may submit a counter‑notice if they believe the removal was in error. If we receive a valid counter‑notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files court proceedings within 14 days.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
8. Licensing Trustio Assets
Written permission is required to reproduce Trustio trade marks, badges, rating widgets, or other proprietary graphics outside the tools we expressly supply (e.g., embeddable widgets). Contact [info@trustio.co.uk] for enquiries.
Third‑party links are provided for convenience only. Trustio has no control over, and is not responsible for, the copyright compliance of external sites.
We may amend this Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
